Abstract
In an attempt to improve the current system of traffic-collision analysis a nd record keeping, Metropolitan Nashville-Davidson County officials underto ok a project to make collision reporting more efficient and the analysis mo re timely. The results-an automated collision database and reporting system -are outlined in this feature, the second in a series of three on Nashville , which is the site of ITE's 70th Annual Meeting on Aug. 6-9, 2000.
