Abstract
The X-ray analysis confirms dibutyltin ferrocenecarboxylate oxide (IA) adopts an ore-bridging dimer structure mode with four anisobidentate bridging carboxylate groups as ligands and has a planar tortuous ladde r geometry. HA crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c with a = 1403.2(3)pm, b = 1309.3(3)pm, c = 2786.0(6)pm, beta - 102.49(3)de grees and Z = 2. The structure was refined to R = 0.0508 and WR = 0.05 64.
