Abstract
This case report describes an unusual complication of Descemet membrane det achment after anterior chamber reformation to treat a flat anterior chamber and hypotony from a trabeculectomy. This large Descemet membrane detachmen t was unexpectedly associated with a clear cornea. Treatment was conservati ve, and the Descemet membrane detachment spontaneously resolved in 6 months .
