Pascal k-eliminated functional matrix and its property

this paper we shall first define the Pascal k-eliminated functional matrix for two variables, over an arbitrary field F [1-8]. Then, using the previou s results, we obtain several interesting combinatorial identities. We also investigate the relationship between these matrices and Cesaro matrices [9] . Finally, we give an affirmative answer to an open problem raised in [1] f or minimal polynomial of Pascal k-eliminated functional matrix over the fie ld Zp. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science Inc.
