Abstract
Tetranortriterpenoids (neem product SDS) and deltamethrin (pyrethroid) were tested in Cypinus carpio (common carp), and enzyme inhibition under the ef fect of these insecticides has been determined. The inhibition of acid phos phatase caused by the SDS and deltamethrin in alive and dead fishes were fo und to be 31.19%, 64.70% and 28.85%, 57.70% respectively. The alkaline phos phatase inhibitions by these compounds in alive and dead fishes were found to be 32.06%, 70.50% and 35.36%; 65.92% respectively.
