Abstract
Examination of the tumour suppressor adenomatous polyposis coil (APC) has s hown that it may be multifunctional. Recent work has demonstrated dynamic i nteractions of APC with the microtubule cytoskeleton, supporting the idea t hat APC has an important function in cell migration.
