Abstract
Malignant mesothelioma is a rare tumor in childhood. We present two cases o f malignant peritoneal mesothelioma in which contrast-enhanced, fat-saturat ed magnetic resonance (MR) imaging was used advantageously to detect perito neal tumor involvement.
