Abstract
In order to investigate a correlation between the colossal magnetoresistanc
e (CMR) and the magnetic spin interaction, the (La1-xTbx)(2/3)Ca1/3MnO3 hav
e been studied by small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) under magnetic fiel
ds of up to 5 T. We observed characteristic diffuse scattering due to ferro
magnetic correlation between Mn spins. The ferromagnetic fluctuation shows
