The magnetic phase transition in Fe65Ni35 alloy was investigated by means o
f SANS and neutron depolarization methods. The temperature hysteresis of po
larization of transmitted neutron beam near Te has been studied. No time re
laxation phenomena of the magnetic properties system on the transition have
been observed for 13 h. A more appropriate explanation of the obtained dat
a can be given by means of an appearance of correlated magnetic finite-size
