Abstract
We report on magneto-optical studies of ZnSe/(Zn,Mg)(S,Se) quantum wells wi th n-type modulation doping. Negatively charged excitons related to the hea vy-hole and light-hole exciton states are found and identified by their pol arization properties. Exciton and trion parameters (radiative and nonradiat ive damping) are determined. Dynamics of charged excitons is studied by tim e-resolved photoluminescence in magnetic fields up to 10 T.
