Abstract
Stimulated electron resonant tunneling into exciton states is investigated within the pairing approximation and the interacting boson approximation. T he tunneling current saturates at large densities due to the fermionic natu re of exciton constituents. Conditions under which stimulated tunneling can be observed experimentally are described.
