Abstract
Infectious vaginitis is a common clinical problem. Unfortunately, treatment , including selfmedication, is often instituted before an adequate evaluati on has been performed. An accurate diagnosis can usually be made in the off ice setting, and effective pharmacologic treatments are readily available.
