Abstract
For the non-band-limited function psi, a sufficient condition is presented
under which {root s(j)psi(s(j).-kb)} is a frame for L-2(R). The stability o
f these frames is studied. For the wavelets frequently used in signal proce
ssing, some concrete results are given.
