A case of biliary ascariasis and cholecystocholedoc holithiasis was successfully treated by laparoscopic extraction of the livi ng worm and biliary stones. This procedure was found to be very effective f or biliary ascariasis with biliary stones, and it holds promise for similar cases in the future.
