Abstract
The Homer-Wadsworth-Emmons olefination of diethyl-(1-benzotriazolmethyl)pho sphonate by means of aldehydes was found to be a convenient method for the stereoselective preparation of (E)-1(1-Alkenyl)benzotriazoles.
