THE LIFE OF GRAHAM,RICHARD,M - PRESIDENT DURING A CHANGING TIME

The purpose of this paper was to investigate the life and work of Dr. Richard M. Graham. The paper focuses on the time that Graham served as president of the National Association For Music Therapy. Specifically , this paper explores the changes in the Association and profession of music therapy during the years 1976-1978. The discussion centers arou nd the role Graham had as president in relation to the restructuring o f the National Association For Music Therapy The restructuring include d the establishment of the Executive Board and the Assembly of Delegat es. Graham's role in music therapy at the national and international l evel is also discussed.
