Abstract
We have studied atomic coherent population trapping in a cascade three-leve l atom interacting with a two-mode quantized field mediated by two-photon p rocesses. The states of the field trapping the atom are obtained, which are two-mode SU(1,1) Schrodinger cat states, and the nonclassical properties o f these states are discussed.
