Minimal residual method applied to transport equation

In the last years, several schemes have been proposed to solve transport eq uation in slab geometry [1,2] and [3]. In this work we present a new algori thm based on a splitting of the collision operator according to the charact eristics of the transport operator and an infinite dimensional adaptation o f the minimal residual algorithm.
