Dermatology in the developing world - Needs and solutions

Dermatolgists, who have assets far in excess of most of the people of the w orld, have the opportunity to contribute globally to the forces of social p rogress. This article addresses the dermatologic needs of the developing wo rld and discusses how the needs of these areas, including rural areas in th e United States, should be addressed.
