Abstract
The temperature and the magnetic-field dependences of both the Hall re sistivity rho(xy) and the longitudinal resistivity rho(xx) in the mixe d state of c-axis-oriented Hg0.9Tl0.1Ba2Ca2Cu3O8+delta superconducting films with T-c > 124 K have been measured. It is found that the Hall resistivity rho(xy) shows a sign anomaly and scales with the longitudi nal resistivity rho(xx) as rho(xy)(T) = K rho(xx)(beta)(T) with beta a pproximate to 1.8 and a magnetic-field-independent coefficient K.
