Abstract
Recently, sentinel lymph node dissection has been established for early sta ging of malignant melanoma. We describe an anaphylactic reaction due to pat ent blue injection in sentinel lymph node procedure, which was proven by po sitive results in intradermal testing with patent blue 1:100.
