Abstract
Galerkin's method, combined with the method of analytical regularization in the Hankel-transform domain, is used to analyze a circular-disk metallic p rinted antenna. The fundamental effects are investigated, such as the surfa ce-wave and space-wave powers and the radiation efficiency. The validity of thr cavity (magnetic-current) model is studied.
