Abstract
Tetraplasandra flynnii is described from Kaua'i, Hawaiian Islands. It resem bles the more widespread T kavaiensis, but is restricted to a single known population now comprising only three individuals growing in mesic to wet fo rest that is increasingly impacted by introduced goats and aggressive non-n ative plant species. Material has been propagated for ex situ conservation, but effective management will be required to ensure the continued survival of the wild population.
