Abstract
Angiosarcoma is a rare malignancy that is characterized by endothelial cell differentiation. In the head and neck area, most of these lesions arise in the scalps of elderly individuals. Less commonly angiosarcomas can be foun d within bone. The purpose of this report is to describe an example of angi osarcoma involving the floor of the mouth and right body of the mandible. T he histopathologic and immunopathologic features of these lesions are also reviewed.
