Comment on the heavy -> light form factors

We propose a simple parameterization for the form factors in heavy to light decays, which satisfies the heavy quark scaling laws and avoids introducin g the explicit "dipole" form. The illustration is provided with the set of lattice data for B --> pi semileptonic decay. The resulting shape of the fo rm factor also agrees with the QCD sum rule predictions.
