Abstract
A database named SEDATA (Solvent Extraction Database) has been constructed in the framework of an internet compatible software for the use of the rese archers and engineers engaging for solvent extraction of metal ions. In the database have been compiled about 17,000 numerical data concerning extract ion equilibria for 82 metal ions as well as the related information about t he experimental conditions and reference description. It is accessible via World Wide Web (http://sedatant.chem.sci.osaka-u.ac.jp/).
