Abstract
OBJECTIVE. We examined the high-resolution CT findings of adult survivors o f bronchopulmonary dysplasia. CONCLUSION. The cardinal CT features of bronchopulmonary dysplasia survivor s include multifocal areas of reduced lung attenuation and perfusion, bronc hial wall thickening, and decreased bronchus-to-pulmonary artery diameter r atios.
