Abstract
Chylous effusion is an infrequent complication of cardiothoracic surgery an d a less frequent complication of central line placement. The authors descr ibe a novel application of lymphoscintigraphy showing thoracic duct injury in an infant after surgery for hypoplastic left heart syndrome.
