Abstract
Neodiaptomus meggitti Kiefer, 1932, is a rare, incompletely described speci es, hitherto known from Myanmar and Malaysia. it is now recorded from a tan k at Port Blair, South Andaman, India, and redcscribcll, mostly using light microscopy. Furthermore, its biogeography and its morphological relationsh ips are briefly discussed.
