Abstract
Lipoblastomas are rare, benign childhood tumors. We report a case of lipobl astoma on the heel of a 5-year-old girl who presented with a progressively enlarging, xanthoerythematous plaque. Surgical excision with follow-up for possible recurrence is the treatment of choice.
