Abstract
We describe a 20-year-old patient with histologically confirmed bilateral n odular pulmonary endometriosis. Monthly administration of 3.6 mg goserelin (subcutaneous implants) was effective treatment. The only side effect was a moderate decrease in libido. Interruption of the treatment after 6 months led to recurrent symptoms. Renewed treatment with goserelin led to a decrea se in the size and number of the pulmonary endometriotic nodules.
