Abstract
A 52-year-old patient experienced unilateral third nerve palsy because of c avernous sinus involvement of biopsy-proven esthesioneuroblastoma. The pati ent experienced resolution of diplopia after surgical debulking of the tumo r. Clinicians should be aware of the neuro-ophthalmologic manifestations of esthesioneuroblastoma.
