Abstract
An 18-year-old man with Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy and bilateral v isual loss had optic nerve enhancement on T1-weighted orbital fat-suppresse d magnetic resonance imaging. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case of optic nerve enhancement on orbital magnetic resonance imaging in Le ber's hereditary optic neuropathy.
