Dielectric and pyroelectric characteristics and changes of electric conduct
ivity were investigated for Nb2O5-doped Pb(Zr0.92Ti0.08)O-3 ceramics. The i
nfluence of this dopant on the ceramics microstructure was also studied. Co
rrelation between the investigated electric characteristics and grain struc
ture was confirmed. Some progress in understanding the influence of Nb-dopa
