Abstract
Nonstandard neutrino properties (masses, mixing, sterile states, electromag netic interactions, and so forth) can have far-reaching ramifications in as trophysics and cosmology. We look at the most interesting cases in the ligh t of the powerful current indications for neutrino oscillations.
