Abstract
The superconducting order parameter in Sr2RuO4 and Bechgaard salts are most likely of p-wave. In such a case a magnetic field applied parallel to the a-b plane polarizes the superconducting order parameter like Delta(k) propo rtional to cos(phi - theta) where phi and theta are the angles k and H make form the cc-axis, This polarized order parameter should be readily accessi ble to scanning tunneling spectroscopy (STS) or the transport measurements. For example, the off-diagonal component of the thermal conductivity tensor behaves like kappa(xy) proportional to sin(2 theta) where theta is the ang le between H and the heat current q.
