We have performed mu(+)SR studies on a single-crystal UPt3 by implanting sp
in-polarized mu(+) parallel to the c-axis in a zero magnetic field from 10
K down to 20.8 mK in order to study magnetism and superconductivity. Down t
o 20.8 mK, zero-field mu(+)SR spectre have nor exhibited a significant chan
ge, thus. neither a spontaneous magnetization in the B phase nor a precurso
r of a long-range magnetic ordering has been observed down to 20.8 mK. (C)
