Reflection of electrons from material surfaces

Reflection coefficients and angular distributions of reflected electrons ha ve been calculated for 20 keV-10 MeV electrons by the use of the bipartitio n model of electron transport. Target materials considered have been nylon, MAR, C, Al and Cu for the reflection coefficients, and Al and Cu for the a ngular distributions. Results have been compared with experimental data in the literature, showing good agreement and indicating the usefulness of the model for providing systematic data on reflection.
