Abstract
Novel pyrone, chromone and coumarin derivatives of aminomethanephosphonic a cid were obtained in a one-step process, by treatment of a mixture of heter ocyclic aldehyde and amine with tris(trimethylsilyl)phosphite, and a subseq uent solvolysis of the formed silylated product with methanol.
