Abstract
Suzuki cross-coupling of a bromoaromatic anhydride with 2-methoxyboronic ac id afforded a novel oxoxanthenoisoquinoline. Subsequent coupling with 2,3,4 ,6-tetra-0-acetyl-D-galactose- 1,3-diyl phosphate gave a fluorophore. (C) 2 000 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
