Abstract
A polymer (MPEG) supported synthesis of the phosphorylated tetra- and hexa- saccharide fragments of the lipophosphoglycan from Leishmania has been deve loped using mono- and di-saccharide H-phosphonates for construction of the phosphodiester bridges.
