Abstract
Hexagonal Ba-ferrite films have been prepared at room temperature by f acing. targets sputtering(FTS) system and they were annealed to crysta llize at 900 degrees C in air. In this paper. the dependence oi the an nealing time on grain size of post-annealed Ba-ferrite films has been studied. Tt mas found that the annealing time of 45sec is sufficient f or the crystallization without apparent grain growth under the tempera ture of 900 degrees C and the post-annealed Ba-ferrite films exhibit i sotropic magnetic property.
