Abstract
It is shown that in a value range oi molar parameter R5 = 0.31 - 0.50 the magnetic garnet films (YSmLuCa)(3)(FeGe)(5)O-12 have overstoichiom etric amount of Ca2+ ions. Their concentration grows with the increase R5. It is established that charge neutralization of excess Ca2+ ions is executed predominantly by V-O2-(+) H V-O2-(2+) vacancies. The contr ibution of oxygen vacancies in coercive force and magnetic anisotropy of films is determined.
