Abstract
Two novel taxane diterpenoids were isolated from the needles of Japanese ye w, Taxus cuspidata, and their structures were determined to be 1 beta-hydro xy-7 beta-acetoxytaxinine (1) and 1 beta,7 beta-dihydroxytaxinine (2) on th e basis of spectral analyses including 2D-NMR studies.
