Abstract
Electrokinetic potential and adsorption of potential-determining ions (at t he background of 1 : 1 electrolytes) are studied for element (Si, Ti)-oxyge n nanostructures of various thicknesses deposited onto model substrates (si licon oxide) with a regular geometric shape. Electrosurface characteristics of nanostructures are compared with similar properties of initial substrat es and bulk titanium oxide.
