Sino-orbital foreign body in a child

Foreign bodies of the sinuses are uncommon. Few reports exist in the Englis h literature. Among these, the frontal and maxillary sinuses are most often involved. Ethmoid and sphenoid foreign bodies are rare and tend to present with chronic symptoms due to delayed diagnosis.
