Abstract
In this paper, a novel method of adjusting the offset voltage between the f irst and the second sense coil of an eddy current probe is presented. This method can be applied for the fabrication of an effective differential-type eddy current probe with proper probe structure. A probe made in this way h as been tested to determine whether it has a sensitivity high enough to mea sure a low conductivity material.
