Flow-injection luminescence determination of phenols with extraction-chromatographic preconcentration and chromatomembrane separation of the extract from the aqueous phase
Al. Moskvin et al., Flow-injection luminescence determination of phenols with extraction-chromatographic preconcentration and chromatomembrane separation of the extract from the aqueous phase, J ANALYT CH, 55(4), 2000, pp. 354-357
A new preconcentration technique for flow analysis was proposed. It involve
s extraction-chromatographic separation of analytes, back extraction into a
n aqueous solution, and chromatomembrane separation of the aqueous and orga
nic phases. The technique formed the basis of a flow-injection procedure fo
r the on-line determination of total phenols in natural water. The analytic
al range was 0.5-30 mu g/L in terms of phenol.
