Abstract
We developed the fully automatic permeameter which is made of driving plate s and shielded loop coil available in 1 MHz-3GHz. We clarified the sensitiv ity of the permeameter and the sensitivity can be explained by an uncertain ty of network analyzer. We evaluate the permeability of striped CoNbZr film s (50, 20, 10 mu m wide). A reasonable relation between permeability spectr um and domain observations can be demonstrated.
