Abstract
A new method to optimize the BPOFs was proposed which can reduce the low fr equency noise in output plane and improve the SNR of self-correlation. By a pplying it to the programmable matched filtering optical correlator based o n electronically addressing-ferroelectric liquid crystal-spatial light madu lator, the opto-electronic pattern recognition was realized.
